Free Returns & Exchanges

At our Emira & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

For exchanges, we offer free exchanges within 45 days of delivery. This includes sizing exchanges, so if you need a different size for your ring, we will exchange it for you at no additional cost.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@emiraco.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) and process your refund or exchange.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging and any included accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item(s) are not in their original condition.
